I was assisted by Sarah today. She was AMAZING. I think it's the only time I have walked in and not felt like I wanted to leave. In the past, I have left because of staff asking too many times (the same one over and over) if i needed help or pushing me to look at specific pieces.Sarah was friendly, not pushy & so great. I didn't feel bombarded & was so happy with her service.

Would love to give 5 stars but sadly the Blonde elderly lady Michelle i believe her name was, made the entire Christmas shopping experience a hassle.My partner asked to see if she could get a trio set of stars in separate boxes or if she could purchase extra boxes and was out right refused. We then asked another staff member while Michele was getting the stars, she came back and threw the stars in front of us because we asked another staff member that was more helpful.I have collected multiple swarovski products for Christmas, and have always had amazing service and the staff going out of their way to help me. This is the first time I have had someone out right refuse to help and be incredibly rude.Please see the other wonderful staff that are super helpful, happy and willing to spend time with the customers.Thank you to all the other wonderful staff.Blonde Michele I would suggest finding another career other than retail as you clearly have 0 people skills and you're the grinch of swarovski Christmas shopping.

Nice collection of fashion jewelry. Shopped for gifting my wife and the shop manager/salesperson was very patient and polite.

Such pretty things in here, I ended up getting three of my Xmas gifts here. Girls were lovely and very helpful.

Good Afternoon,My daughter and I went to your Carousel store this morning as my family (kids and grandkids) are big fans. A young man greeted us and asked if we needed help. We politely declined and continued to look, which he was gracious enough to let us do. He stood close enough to answer our questions, but far enough away so he wasn’t intrusive or pushy. When we decided on a piece, he efficiently put it aside for us and we continued looking. We bought roughly 9 pieces in total and this young man, who I believe is a Christmas casual couldn’t have been more delightful! Our shopping experience was made truly amazing by his well timed attention and suggestions and answering questions we had, and there were many, poor thing. Nothing was too much trouble and he remained delightful until we left the store! His name is Jacob and I really think he deserves some recognition for the value he brings to your store.
